Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days across Colombo and major cities. Island-wide delivery takes 3–6 business days. Express next-day delivery is available for Colombo orders placed before 2pm.

We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Simply initiate a return from your account or contact our team and we'll arrange a pickup.

Yes! Exchanges are free and easy. You can exchange for a different size or colour of the same item within 30 days. Use our returns portal or drop the item at any of our 12 store locations island-wide.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), FriMi, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible areas. Online payments are secured via 256-bit SSL encryption.

Yes! You can select any of our 12 stores as your pickup location at checkout. Orders are usually ready within 2 hours. You'll receive an SMS when your order is ready to collect.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting 'My Orders'.

We currently ship to the Maldives and are expanding to South India in 2026. International orders typically take 5–10 business days. Contact us for a custom shipping quote for other destinations.
